Executive Legal Recruiter - Nationwide (remote)

MacKay & Agents LLC is seeking a talented full-cycle Executive Legal Recruiter to join our team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will bring experience in associate-level legal recruiting from either a search firm or law firm. Our company has fostered strong relationships with leading law firms in over 150 cities across the United States, providing substantial opportunity for an ambitious legal recruiter looking to maximize their commission-based earnings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base wage plus above-market commission structure (50% - 75%)

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with law firm recruiting departments

• Identify and introduce candidates to satisfy firms’ hiring needs

• Develop and implement creative and effective recruiting strategies

• Utilize and expand geographic knowledge of legal markets in the U.S.

• Manage internal CRM and organizational processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1+ years of legal recruiting experience at a search firm or law firm
